Founded in 2025, Nestled in the heart of Fort Lee, a sanctuary where we curate transformative mind-body experiences.

Our studio grew from a simple vision: to create a Positive Zone where you can transform your energy, your flow, to shape your reality.

Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Scarlett ( English Chinese )

Trained in Pre/Postnatal Yoga & Pilates

Scarlett is a certified yoga instructor and Balanced Body Contemporary Pilates instructor. She is also practicing Classical Pilates more deeply in Real Pilates with master instructors currently. She is passionate about teaching creative, inclusive, and mindful classes that emphasize power, body alignment, breathwork, and postural correction.

She has 4 years of experience teaching prenatal movement and postnatal recovery classes, guiding new mothers through physical and emotional adjustments during their practice. Her approach helps them cultivate greater health and joy.

Witnessing the positive physical and mental transformations in each of her students, she hopes to reach more people and help them become healthier and more confident.

Trained in Pre/Postnatal Pilates

Sydney is a Balanced Body-trained Pilates instructor, inspired by the classical Pilates method, but she also came to appreciate the scientific precision of Contemporary Pilates training methods. Pilates has transformed the way she moves and feels, and it has shown her how powerful mindful movement can be in our daily lives. she believes Pilates can help us build flexibility, strength, and mobility, creating a foundation for healthier, more supported movement both in and out of the studio.

she wants to guide students toward feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected in their bodies.


Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Juila( English )

Trained in Pre/Postnatal Yoga & Pilates

Julia is a certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa and comprehensive Classical Pilates, and she has achieved her 85-hour Prenatal course certification.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, and now based in New Jersey since 2021, she brings a grounded, compassionate, and goal-focused approach to her teaching. Connecting with clients is truly her favorite part of the practice; she loves learning their goals and offering the tools, confidence, and consistency needed to reach them.

She looks forward to sharing movement, breath, and space with every student she meets.

Cindy began her journey with Classical Pilates in 2024 after the birth of her child, initially seeking a way to rebuild strength and restore balance in her body.She has since completed over 600 hours of intensive training.

Cindy is passionate about preserving and sharing the integrity of Classical Pilates. Her teaching focuses on precise movement, proper alignment, and the connection between strength, control, and breath.

She believes that through consistent practice, Classical Pilates can transform the way people move, helping them build a stronger, more balanced body for life.

Judy (English Korean )

Trained in Pre/Postnatal Pilates

Judy is a Classical Pilates instructor , trained by the students of Romana Kryzanowska—one of Joseph Pilates’ closest protégés. She first started Pilates to relieve pain and strengthen her core before, during, and after pregnancy—and quickly fell in love with how powerful and effective it is.With over 5 years of dedicated practice, Judy teaches the full Classical Pilates system using Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Barrel. Her classes are available in both English and Korean.

She hopes that every session becomes a moment of healing and restoration for each of her students.
